The moisture-absorbing and quick-drying finishing agent is a washable sweat-absorbing and moisture-wicking quick-drying agent for polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, T/C and wool/polyester fabric developed by the company. It can help wick away sweat, bring sweat and moisture to the surface of clothing quickly, and accelerate the evaporation, so that the body can maintain a cool and comfortable feeling. It can also increase the lubricity of the dye tank.

【Performance characteristics】
1. Provide polyester, nylon and other synthetic fibers with durable moisture wicking, antistatic properties and easy decontamination properties.
2. It has good water dispersibility, stability and compatibility, and can be compatible with other non-anionic additives.
3. Strong affinity for synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, spandex, and polypropylene.
4. It can give the fabric a long-lasting washable fluffy, soft and elastic style, so that the fabric has a comfortable and full feel and good breathability and wrinkle recovery performance.
5. Convenient to use, can be adapted to padding or dip dyeing process.
【Scope of application】
It is suitable for the finishing of polyester, nylon, polypropylene and other synthetic fibers with durable moisture wicking functions.
【Instructions】
It can be used for dip dyeing method and padding method.
1. Exhaust dyeing: 0.5-1.5% (relative to fabric weight)
First put the diluted RY-9999 into the dyeing vat, run at 40°C for 10 minutes, add acetic acid to adjust the PH5, heat up to 50°C, add dye, run at 50°C for 10 minutes, and then heat up for dyeing (the temperature is controlled at 110-135°C).
2. Padding: 10-30 g/l
Note:
1. The heat setting temperature is controlled at 145-185℃.
2. The pH value of the dyeing solution or rolling solution is controlled at 4-9.
3. The temperature should be controlled below 45℃ to add.
